THE EVENT
Each of our participating fitness communities have scheduled their event for Friday 20th, Saturday 21st or Sunday 22nd March 2026.

The Bootcamp-style session is just one big team workout – it’s catered to all levels and abilities from beginners to fitness ninjas!

THE COACH BATTLE
Ever wanted to get revenge on your PT? This is your chance!
The Coaches at all participating gyms are taking part in a team Coach Workout. The more money we raise, the bigger the workout is and the more reps they have to do. At some gyms, the exercises in the workout are voted for by members at participating gyms too, so you might even get a say in what your coaches have to endure!
THE BRUNCH, LUNCH OR DINNER
Bootcamp participants recover from their workout and enjoy post-session snacks, bbq, tea, coffee and/or drinks while they watch the Coach Battle take place – all proceeds go toward our fundraising total too.
